Me and my friend's family were struggling to find a care provider urgently, as his care needs increased. Most of the providers we contacted were not able to meet his care needs urgently and were expensive. Pleasant Home Healthcare helped us at the right time, efficiently arranging care and were not expensive else my friend would have had to go to a care home which he did not wish to.
We are well supported by Pleasant now. Carers take good care of my friend's meals, are very friendly and caring. He is happy his independence is maintained and dignity protected in his own home. Management are friendly and highly responsive. The service is outstanding. We are very satisfied and grateful.
